What’s happening
Your child is three. They play with other children, not just near them. Real conversations are happening, with back-and-forth exchanges that surprise you. They know their name and age and will tell anyone who asks. Running and jumping are confident and joyful. They can draw a person with a head and maybe some legs. This is a kid, not a baby, and they'll remind you of that regularly.

Three years. You built this. Every late night, every worry, every decision led to this kid standing in front of you, telling you their name and what they dreamed about last night. Well done.
