What’s happening
Your baby is becoming more social by the day. Smiles come easier now, and you might hear some laughing for the first time. Those coos are getting more varied, with different sounds for different moods. Head control during tummy time is getting stronger, and they can push up a little on their arms. They're batting at toys and following objects with their eyes across a wider range. Everything they grab goes straight to their mouth.
