What’s happening
Your toddler wants an audience. They'll do something silly, look at you, and wait for your reaction. They love being the center of attention. If they're around other kids, they'll start copying what those kids do. They understand way more words than they can say, so keep talking to them about everything. Stacking two blocks is a new skill, and walking is getting steadier each day.
For you
Watching your kid imitate the world around them is one of the best parts of this age. You'll catch them doing something you do, and it'll stop you in your tracks.
