What’s happening
Your toddler is a little copycat now, and they learn a lot by watching other children. They'll bring you things to show you, which is their way of sharing their world with you. They might have three or more words. Following simple directions like "bring me the ball" is clicking. Walking alone is either happening or very close, and every step is a tiny act of bravery.
For you
Parenting a toddler is exhausting in a completely different way than parenting an infant. But you're figuring it out. You always do.
