Car safety is always worth reviewing. Make sure the car seat fits properly and that your child can't unbuckle themselves. At this age, kids sometimes play rough with each other. There's a difference between aggressive play and actual aggression. Watch for patterns, not isolated incidents.

Toddlers who can open doors may wander outside unsupervised. This is extremely dangerous near roads, pools, or other hazards.
Install child-proof door handle covers or high deadbolts. Consider door alarms. Teach your address and phone number. Ensure yard is fenced. Always supervise outdoor play.
By this age, strangers should understand about 75% of what your child says. If speech is very unclear, it may be worth evaluating.
If strangers can't understand most of what your child says, or if child is very frustrated trying to communicate, ask your pediatrician about a speech evaluation.
