Hold a brightly colored toy 8-12 inches from baby's face and slowly move it side to side. Baby will follow with their eyes, building visual tracking.

Narrate your day to baby: "Now we're changing your diaper!" Sing lullabies and nursery rhymes. Your voice is their favorite sound.

Place a baby-safe mirror in front of baby during tummy time. They'll be fascinated by the face they see and lift their head higher.
