Install child-proof locks on all cabinets containing hazardous items. Move cleaning supplies and medications to high shelves. Lock the medicine cabinet.
Babies can drown in as little as 1 inch of water. They can also slip and hit their head on hard tub surfaces.

Never leave baby alone in the bath, even for a moment. Use a non-slip mat. Keep water temperature below 100F (38C). Always test water before placing baby in.
Some babies walk at 9 months, others at 15+ months. Both are normal. Don't pressure baby to walk before they're ready.
action.label
Avoid walkers (they can delay walking and cause injuries). Let baby cruise, stand, and step at their own pace. Consult your pediatrician if baby isn't walking by 18 months.
