What Sprout is
Sprout is a record-keeping tool for parents. Milestones, play ideas and safety notes are drawn from published guidance by the CDC, AAP (HealthyChildren.org), WHO, Zero to Three, NAEYC, CPSC and Pathways.org, and every item links to its source.
Not medical advice
Nothing in Sprout is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Every child develops at their own pace. If you have any concern about your child’s health or development, talk to your pediatrician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your content
Journal entries and confirmations are yours. Without an account they stay on your device and you are responsible for backups; with an account they are also stored under your account and you can delete them, or the whole account, at any time from Settings.
Accounts
An account is optional and free. Keep your sign-in method (Google account or email) secure; anyone who can use it can see your records. Sprout may suspend an account used to abuse the service.
Changes
Content and features may change as guidance is updated. Sprout is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
